I am presuming that you have several e-mail accounts being "controlled" by the Outlook client.
When the pop-up dialog box appears, select "Show Profiles. Now, go back and create a new account for that same e-mail address, making sure it uses MS Exchange server, instead of ActiveSynch.
If it doesn't allow you to just remove the offending e-mail account and rebuild it, you will need to create a new Outlook Profile. The default name is "Outlook. Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community.
